After testing, I can reproduce on: - Debian KDE on a live USB stick, which is Debian 13 with Plasma 6.3.6, KF 6.13.0 and Qt 6.8.2. Although here it required a slight continuous mouse movement to trigger it, but still the same issue. - Another wireless mouse and my laptop's touchpad. But I can NOT reproduce on: Another laptop with Nura (edge branch) KDE Plasma x86_64 desktop install, with Plasma 6.7.5, KF 6.31.0 (same as yours), and Qt 6.11.1 (not same as yours). Both with touchpad and wireless mouse, unable to reproduce here.
