  Target Milestone: 1.0

DESCRIPTION
If you mouse middle click to enable audio in the tray icon after it was
disabled in the tray panel, it won't actually enable the audio.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the sound tray panel and click the mute button next to the audio output
device
2. Notice the tray icon has a line thru it
3. Middle click the tray icon

OBSERVED RESULT
I notice the screen popup showing that the audio was muted. Then i middle click
the tray icon again and the screen popup shows that the audio was unmuted, but
the enable audio sound isn't heard and the tray icon still shows a line thru it

EXPECTED RESULT
I would expect the audio to be unmuted, just like it would have if i muted it
by middle clicking the tray rather than using the tray panel
