I have Qbittorrent set to start up in the system tray and its in my autostart
list, but if the panel isn't loaded, it will start in full screen mode. So it
would be useful to be able to when the autostart will begin, either the number
of seconds or after a condition, like the panel being present. Windows services
has somewhat of a similar option with it 'Automatic (Delay Start)' option
