STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings.
2. Focus and unfocus the window.
3. Look at the vertical line next to the hamburger menu.
OBSERVED RESULT
The vertical line has an invisible part.
EXPECTED RESULT
The vertical line should be fully visible.
