Try a completely clean install. Revo Uninstaller is a good tool that cuts down
on the work of finding all the areas that may be affected. I misspoke when I
said that I deleted the 'Krita file'. What I meant was that I got rid of the
folder. For those that don't know where it is, it is
C:\Users\<userName>\AppData\Roaming\krita by default on Windows 10.
