DESCRIPTION
Add the necessary changes and tooling in order to build and (in the future)
distribute KDE Itinerary on the App Store, for macOS and iOS. Prerequisite:
submit upstream patches and wait for them to get released.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Both platforms should have their own, native app (so Apple silicon Macs
wouldn't just run the same iOS app).
