DESCRIPTION
I found kmail --html parameter. Which should generate an HTML mail . But it
does not. Instead it creates a new message with the HTML source.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. kmail --html "<strong>Text</strong>"
2. composer window opens and has this "text": <strong>Text</strong>

OBSERVED RESULT
Create a new plain/text mail.

EXPECTED RESULT
Create a HTML mail with strong "Text" (in this example)
