The Window List widget still shows program/app's name even when the app/program
(e.g. Konsole) is minimized
DESCRIPTION
I had to make another one because the Window List widget also has the same
problem as the Global Menu one, but I couldn't include multiple components in
the bug report
When minimizing a window of an app/program, the Window List widget does not
return back to Plasma Desktop, instead it still shows the name of the last
minimized app/program until the user clicks on the desktop
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put a Window List widget on the panel
2. Open an app or program
3. Minimize the window of the app/program
OBSERVED RESULT
The Window List should show 'Plasma Desktop'
EXPECTED RESULT
It keeps showing the program/app's name until the user clicks on the desktop
