The Global Menu widget still shows even when the app/program (e.g. Konsole) is
minimized
DESCRIPTION
When minimizing a window of an app/program, the Global Menu widget does not go
away, instead it still shows the menu of the last minimized app/program until
the user clicks on the desktop
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put a Global Menu widget on the panel
2. Open an app or program
3. Minimize the window of the app/program
OBSERVED RESULT
The Global Menu widget should disappear as Plasma Desktop has no 'menu'
EXPECTED RESULT
It keeps showing the menu until the user clicks on the desktop
