the "Digital Clock" widget has a feature to configure the date format
I am Chinese, but I prefer using an English system for compatibility reasons.
I am not used to the "Day-Month-Year" date format; I prefer "Year-Month-Day."
I know that the "Digital Clock" widget has a feature to configure the date
format (Long, Short, ISO, and Custom), and I have set mine to ISO (e.g.,
2026-09-15).
Therefore, I would like to request that this functionality be ported to the
file modification date display in Dolphin.
