DESCRIPTION
I moved the information panel in Dolphin to the left panel to save the
horizontal space of the file manager.
But the issue is that it keeps resetting its position if I push the information
panel to the bottom. But it is working fine if I push to the top inside the
left panel.
I guess it is a bug.
EXPECTED RESULT
The information panel should preserve its position.
