Frame time spikes

DESCRIPTION
My frame times in a D3D9 game are looking strange in DXVK HUD and MangoHud when
direct scanout is used. When using direct scanout, there's repeating frame time
spikes. When compositing is used, there's no repeating frame time spikes that
I'm aware of.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download the DXVK artifact from here:
https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/actions/runs/34370332201
2. Download proton-wineland-11.0-20260908-x86_64_v3.tar.xz from here:
https://github.com/nanomatters/proton-cachyos/releases/tag/wineland-11.0-20260908
3. Extract the folder from within the Wineland .xz file to your Steam
"compatibilitytools.d" folder.
4. Extract the files from within the DXVK artifact's "x32" folder to this
Wineland folder: /files/lib/wine/dxvk-low-latency/i386-windows/, replacing the
files that have the same names in that Wineland folder.
5. Extract the files from within the DXVK artifact's "x64" folder to this
Wineland folder: /files/lib/wine/dxvk-low-latency/x86_64-windows/, replacing
the files that have the same names in that Wineland folder.
6. Start Steam.
7. Choose a D3D9 or D3D11 game.
8. Right click the game, go to "Properties...", then "Compatibility", then
force the game to use "proton-wineland-11.0-20260908-x86_64_v3."
9. Go to "General", then add "PROTON_DXVK_LOWLATENCY=1 DXVK_HUD=fps,frametimes
%command%" to the launch options.
10. Start the game and set the game to fullscreen mode in its settings.
11. Observe the DXVK frame time graph at the bottom left corner of your screen.

OBSERVED RESULT
Repeating frame time spikes in the frame time graph. See the attached
screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
No repeating frame time spikes are repeating in the frame time graph.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: CachyOS Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.30.0
Qt Version: 6.12.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This bug does not happen when I'm using a Wayland compositor called Jay.

This bug does not happen in KDE Plasma 6.7.90 when compositing is happening
(e.g. when I make the volume UI appear on top of the fullscreen game window by
muting, increasing, or decreasing my device's audio volume).
