Could you post your .config/klipperrc ?

And just to confirm - when you start Evolution, close it (completely - not sure
if it has some "close to tray" feature or something when it is always on, try
to check processes with pgrep or something), empty clipboard totally and then
start Evolution egain, it not longer happens?
