With the scroll speed slider more than default, one physical wheel detent produces multiply scroll events in X11 clients. For example in Minecraft (Xwayland/GLFW) this makes the hotbar skip every other slot. At the default slider position everything is correct. Tested on kwin 6.7.4-7, Arch Linux.
