First, you listed that you are on CachyOS on 6.0.3, which means you're likely using the Krita provided by Arch. Their build is definitely broken in several aspects (which is also why you see DEV BUILD and debug icons all around), so it may work if you use the official AppImage from krita.org. Otherwise, you'll have to provide some files or screenshots or anything with more information.
