Fill /bucketfill tool not working when trying to fill a selection. Also, when
selecting any shape tool (rectangle, circle... ect..) when dragging the shape
and lettign go, it simply doesnt appear. asif i didnt do anything. multiple
bugs with other things such as dockers not showing when changing between canvas
only mode.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. select the selection tool and draw a selection
2. select the fill tool and click inside the selection
3. be confused
OBSERVED RESULT
area stays empty
EXPECTED RESULT
area fills with my primary color
