Windows 10 compatibilty is not supported following the last Microsoft updates (we don't have any control on that). Try to use the Qt5 based Windows installer compiled under Windows 10 and available here : https://files.kde.org/digikam/legacy/ Note : the day of the Qt5 support are numbers.
