DESCRIPTION
When trying to connect a second monitor my KWin starts rapidly degrading, and
after disconnecting second monitor it stays unresponsive. My computer is only
~1 year old, so it shouldn't behave like this. First got it when i updated my
KDE plasma to, i think 6.7.2. Updating to 6.7.3 didn't help.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot arch linux system
2. Attach a second monitor using HDMI cable
OBSERVED RESULT
KWin starts gradually degrade in completely frozen. First few seconds
everything can be fine, but after that taskbar and everything related to it
(wifi menu, power menu, start menu, etc.) starts to rapidly slow down. After ~5
seconds any action with taskbar either doesn't happen, or happens after a few
minutes. KWin acts the same on both monitors
EXPECTED RESULT
KWin behaves normally on both monitors

Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
