Can't decrypt
DESCRIPTION
I'm not able to make NeoChat decrypt new messages from Mautrix bridged WhatsApp
or Facebook users.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. You can register a free account on a public server like nope(dot)chat.
2. Configure the bridge for WhatsApp or Facebook.
3. Let someone send you a new message.
OBSERVED RESULT
The message can be read in other Matrix clients (e.g. Element web), but NeoChat
is unable to decrypt the message.
EXPECTED RESULT
Read the message in NeoChat.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): KDE neon
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.5

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
My NeoChat session is successfully verified in the Element web client.
I've put the backup key in NeoChat and I can read old messages from WhatsApp
and Facebook users, but the new incoming messages can't be decrypted.
I can read outgoing messages sent in the WhatsApp rooms from another Matrix
client, but I can't read messages from the "ghost"/"puppet" users sent by the
bridge.
Somehow I managed to get this working once for the WhatsApp bridge, possibly by
manual key import, but I can't reproduce it.
The bridge is registered for double puppeting, but it is not verified (it can't
be done on a public server).
Maybe NeoChat is being too strict about not accepting keys from unverified /
ghost users?
