DESCRIPTION
Discover shows a badge saying there are x number of updates pending install,
however when you click on the updates tab, the window just sits at a complete
progress bar (filled to 100%) saying "Fetching updates…".
Clearing cache doesn't resolve the issue.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make sure updates are available
2. Open Discover
3. Note the badge indicating the number of available updates, but the inability
to select or install those updates.
OBSERVED RESULT
Updates are never displayed, and there is no interface in Discover to install
them.
EXPECTED RESULT
It to show the updates it's enumerated, and for an option to install them.
