DESCRIPTION
After updating to Plasma 6.7.0 my external keyboard (Nuphy Air96 V2) has its
light enabled on every login. This can't be disabled.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use a wired keyboard with rgb lighting.
2. Go to "Background Services", uncheck and stop Kameleon service.
3. Disable keyboard light if it was on.
4. Reboot, log in to Plasma.
OBSERVED RESULT
The light turns on. Kameleon is unchecked but shows as running in Background
Services.
EXPECTED RESULT
The light is off. Kameleon is completely disabled.
