Even deleting the whole view_properties folder manually did not cause the issue. Just in case, can you share screenshot/video of replicating the issue? In case you have some very specific settings I'll have to replicate. Also, what type of images/videos are they, are they JPGs or mix of everything? In case some thumbnailer crashes the preview generation.
