Further info: Plasma 5.9.0-1, KDE Apps 16.12.1-1 all the latest on Arch Linux.
Also worth mentioning nothing special on my setup at least, though I have had
this install for a while (maybe 2+ years). Also occurred on my desktop which
has been running the same install for about the same time roughly - driving me
crazy. Any way to force reset all shortcuts?
