Issue in Dolphin 25.12.3
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to the Desktop folder.
2. Drag a file anywhere within the folder.
3. Drag the file to the Desktop area.
OBSERVED RESULT
Dragging the Desktop file within the Desktop folder prompts the user to copy
the file, but dragging the same file onto the Desktop area will do nothing.
EXPECTED RESULT
The behavior should be the same, the user could want to drag it somewhere
specifically, which Dolphin can't do within its own space.
