--- Comment #6 from [email protected] --- Additional observation (workaround): Using the following sequence seems to significantly increase the chance that the update completes: killall plasma-discover sudo systemctl restart kde-linux-sysupdated.socket After running these commands and starting Discover again: Attempt 1 still failed with the usual broken pipe error. Attempt 2 started immediately afterwards completed successfully. This suggests that restarting Discover together with the update socket resets the state of the client/server communication and reduces the likelihood of the HTTP stream being interrupted. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
