when opening a 7z file via the dolphin GUI and copying + pasting a file within
that GUI to a real file location the resulting file is corrupted
here's the specific example I ran into:

inside that 7z file the d3dx9_42.dll file is corrupted when copied
copy + paste checksum:

manual extraction checksum:

file size is the same in both instances:
