            Bug ID: 374958
Summary: Problems with 16 and 32 bit float .tiff export
           Product: krita
           Version: 3.1.1
          Platform: Other
                OS: MS Windows
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: File formats

Sample image

OS: Windows 10 64bit

Issue: Exporting a .kra drawing to .tiff file appears to fail to produce a
usable result if the color space has been set to be 16 or 32 bit float. The
output file is a very faint transparent image. On the other hand, 8 or 16 bit
integer image .tiff export appears to work correctly.

It's worth noting that re-opening the same exported image in Krita does not
seem to show any issue.

The result fails with:
- IrfanView 4.42 (a popular Windows image viewer)
- GIMP 2.8.14 (the file will be automatically converted to 8bpc upon importing)
- XnView MP 0.83 (16 bit float fails but oddly .tiff files exported in 32 bit
float seem to work fine)
