SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a vault
2. Delete the .directory default file in the mount point
3. Attempt to delete the vault
OBSERVED RESULT
The vault does not get deleted, it persists on the widget and can be
locked/unlocked still
EXPECTED RESULT
The vault gets deleted
