SUMMARY
Kdenlive freezes when I add a clip.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kdenlive
2. Add a video clip
OBSERVED RESULT
Kdenlive becomes completely unresponsive. After some time, Plasma prompts to
force quit Kdenlive.
EXPECTED RESULT
The clip becomes available in the project bin. I can add the clip in the
timeline while it is being indexed by Kdenlive.
I've been adding clips this way consistently for the past 2 years at least.
This stopped working in the last three weeks.
At the moment, it is impossible for me to work in any way with Kdenlive, since
I cannot get a clip into it.
