STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move multiple items into a folder with multiple items with the same name
2. Click on Overwrite or Ignore, one-by-one.
OBSERVED RESULT
The same pop ups keeps fading in and out over-and-over, which is not visually
pleasing.
EXPECTED RESULT
Since it's the same pop up, only the info inside of it should change.
