partial image transfer from phone to PC
I've been seeing this. The phone that sent the picture is Samsung S7 Edge
SM-G935T with kdeconnect version showing as 1.3.3. Connection is over wifi
from phone to router in the same room, from router over ethernet to PC. PC is
running:

The attached photo was sent as a single transfer from the Share menu in "Viber
Pictures" part of Gallery .
