SUMMARY
In the appearance section of the settings i'm unable to get the focus to the
color theme dropdown, and if I click the dropdown the cursor keys dont change
the theme
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open settings
2. activate appearance
3. tab through input fields
OBSERVED RESULT
Theme selector doesn't get focus highlighting. When Theme dropdown is clicked
the up and down arrows scroll the settings page instead of changing the
themes.
EXPECTED RESULT
Normal accessibility rules for default input elements
