SUMMARY

years ago there was some bug reports that remote sshfs and sftp files can't be
edited without hangs.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  open remote file through sshfs
2.  edit a file


OBSERVED RESULT
UI hangs on every input

EXPECTED RESULT

it dosn't hang

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If swap files would be in .cache then user themselves would set it to be fast
and robust enough for frequent writes as user were concerned about it 10+ years
ago. There isn't need to guess if destination mount is remote and fast enough
for real-time edits.
