Like they are being sheared, and then not fitting correctly where they are supposed to be drawn. So, the top-left-most file menu seems to be mostly in line, but then the "Help" menu entry is maybe some 40-50 pixels to the right of where its respective context menu appears below it. I tried changing the font size of everything but nothing.
