With your settings, HDR content is 23% brighter than in 6.2. If some HDR video
looks darker to you than before, feel free to make a separate bug report about
it. It's not related to this.

No, I don't. But just like has been discussed here before, what you're actually
asking for is a way to change the brightness depending on the content type, not
depending on a meaningless differentiation between "HDR" and "SDR".
