SUMMARY
When I change sources or turn off my monitor, I am unable to return to my KDE
desktop. The monitor reports that there is no signal. This behavior has been
present since Nobara/FC 39 and has followed me through version upgrades.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Be running on an nvidia card attached to a Dell u4025qw via HDMI or
DisplayPort.
2. Change the source to any other source OR turn off the monitor.
3. Return to work and turn on the monitor, you will see no video signal.
OBSERVED RESULT
No video output.
EXPECTED RESULT
Video output.
