Same issue here.
On top of that, kde crashes around 1/3 of the time when performing this action.
The system completely freezes, in the same manner as described in the bug
491751. Only a hard-reset do anything.
The only thing I have in the log in between the crash/freeze and the hard-reset
is :
kwin_scene_opengl: 0x502: GL_INVALID_OPERATION error generated.
