Autoupdates Config
SUMMARY
With offline updates configured as the attachment and after
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/discover/-/merge_requests/975 Discover was
supposed to, after 1 min of idle, start to download the updates on the
background and present them to install at computer shutdown or restart.
However, so far, Offline Auto updates seem to be "not working" at all
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start PC and wait for the notification about available updates
2. wait 5 min after notification pops-up
3. go to the shutdown (or restart) screen (as if you were to shutdown the
computer)
OBSERVED RESULT
there is no "Install and Shutdown" option available to install the updates
EXPECTED RESULT
Since there are available updates and that the PC were in idle for more that 1
min the discover should have gotten the updates ready for installation and the
"Install and Shutdown" option should be available
