This is on a AMD rx6800. Kernel wasn't changed when upgrading from plasma 6.2 to 6.3, nor was ddcutil. With 6.1 my issue was that my acer monitor (slower to wake up than my huawei) got it's brightness set to 0 and I lost control over it from plasma (ddcutil had no problem controlling both manually). This happened after letting the monitors be in a sleep state for some time. 6.2 was fixed. Now on 6.3 if I leave the monitors to sleep (no PC suspend, just monitors off) my acer goes to 100% when it wakes up and my huawei drops to 0%. Both should wake up at 15%.
