Have reported it here - https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=494233 It was fixed with 6.2. Now with 6.3 on Arch when both my monitors wake up (not from suspend, just screen off!), my second monitor (the slower to wake up, acer in my report) now gets defaulted to 100 brightness. My first monitor remains at set brightness. Again, issue was solved for me in late 6.2. Now it is worse. I'd rather have no control and restart the service than wake my screens at noon and be blasted with 100% brightness.
