Hi - thanks for attaching a picture that can demonstrate the issue! I opened
that picture on my local device, and got the seconds displayed correctly down
to hundredths of a second in Gwenview's Image Information window.
Could you please try testing that out using an up-to-date version of Gwenview
on your device? On Kubuntu, the latest 24.12.0 version could be most easily
obtained via either Snap or Flatpak.
