Displays from Gwenview, Gimp, and ExifTool

SUMMARY

IN the display of GPS data for a JPEG EXIF, the seconds are displayed as 0.
Other software report them correctly

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Take picture with recent camera (EOS R7 with firmware 1.6.0)
2. Browse with Gwenview
3. check the GPS coordinates

OBSERVED RESULT

Seconds are set to 0

EXPECTED RESULT

Seconds are accurately displayed

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

ExifTool and Gimp display the correct information, so it is probably not a
matter of  a bad file.
