Currently, the position of the archive viewer, the info panel and the comment
is fixed. It would be nice to be able to reorder them, kind of like dolphin
allows dragging the "places" panel around when it's unlocked.
For example, I'd want to have the info panel at the bottom, and the comment
panel on the right.
