I have had some problems to start OpenJUMP, probably since the day I
upgraded my jvm to java 1.8.0_141.
If I open the dos console, cd to the bin directory, and run
oj_windows.bat, it works
If I right click on the .bat file and execute it "as administrator", it
also works
But if i just double-click on the .bat or on the .exe, nothing happens
(the console flickers)
Can anyone reproduce this behaviour ? Can it be related to a change in
the jvm security policy ?
