Hey Jukka,

I'd like to use an official (non-snapshot) sqlite-jdbc jar that's hosted
Maven Central so I don't have to include the actual jar in my source
package.  Would rolling back to a version prior to sqlite-jdbc-3.7.2.jar
fix this problem?
