definitely. i am talking about where to place it on integration into PLUS here.

the new plugin manager gui aside. in preparation of it, i have plans to extend
the xml file functionality (like used in e.g. default.xml) with attributes to
assign menu placing & position.
this has two advantages:
1. existing plugins can be forced to be placed anywhere, regardless where they
are programmed to place themselves. this would be done via a special xml file
in lib/ext. additionally in the future it will be used to activate/deactivate
plugins in lib/ext.
2. default plugins can finally completely be placed int default.xml as menu
order can be influenced via setting in xml
