Hi Eric,

  The very first Google Maps Terms of Service item says "1.1 *Description of
Service*. The API allows You to display certain content, including map
images and driving directions on your website, subject to the limitations
and conditions described below."  The key word here is website.  It doesn't
matter what browser or program you use to render the map data, it is the
fact that it is served up through a service that is generally accessible to
consumers without charge.

The only slim hope of getting around this language is if we set up a website
that served up Google Maps and made an API to access it from OJ.
