I have noticed thet the bug I found with ecw images also appears with tiff images. I happens when working on the map area that is partly or totally outside the area of the opened images. By accident I noticed that the Feature Info Tool gives some more information about what happens:
IMAGEFACT: com.vividsolutions.jump.workbench.imagery.geotiff.GeoTIFFImageFactory IMAGEERROR: All factories fail for the operation "scale" IMAGETYPE: GeoTiff Perhaps someone might have a look on the "scale" operation. At least for me this bug is rather irritating. Another thing is that it might be nice if the Feature Info Tool would show information only from the layers which have been set as selectable.
