I'll also take care of removing obsolete file i/o menu items when Paul gets back to me. There have been a couple of items removed from my list, so I may add one or two. The changes I mentioned above may not justify a release. Does anyone know why we want to "move menu items from Layer List-Layer menu to Menubar_layer menu"?
