Have you/she looked at the original JUMP User Guide? It has a section on writing GML Input/Output templates.
I presume this functionality hasn't been changed in OJ? If this isn't available for some reason, I can provide the original documentation. It should be on the Vivid site as well. Perhaps we can fold this into the OJ User manual? (Where is this by the way - is it online or a PDF?)
